1. Nature of Our Business
We are a private hobby breeder based in the UK. We are not a marketplace, agency, or third-party broker. All puppies advertised on this website are bred, raised, and owned by us directly.
2. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure that all photos, videos, and descriptions of our puppies are accurate. However, please note:
- Puppies grow and change quickly; photos may differ slightly from the current look.
- Estimates regarding adult size, coat colour, and temperament are based on expert experience but cannot be 100% guaranteed due to biological nature.
3. Reservations & Deposits
To reserve a puppy, a deposit is required. This removes the puppy from the market and holds them exclusively for you.
Refund Policy: Specific terms regarding deposit refunds will be provided in your Reservation Agreement before you pay. Generally:
- If we cannot provide the puppy agreed upon (e.g., due to health issues), your deposit will be fully refunded.
- If you change your mind, the refundability depends on the timeframe agreed upon at the point of reservation.
4. The Sales Contract
The final sale of any puppy is subject to a signed Puppy Sales Contract. This contract outlines the health guarantee, spay/neuter agreements (if applicable), and return policy. You will be given ample time to review this before collection.
5. Right of Refusal
As responsible breeders, we reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone if we believe it is not in the best interest of the puppy. In such cases, any deposit paid will be refunded immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the health of our dogs, we are not liable for:
- Vet bills incurred after the agreed 72-hour health check window (unless covered by our Genetic Health Guarantee).
- Damage caused by the puppy to your property or other animals.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photos of our dogs and text, is the property of Maltipoo Breeders UK. You may not use our photos for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the purchase of a puppy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
